Public health officials in Massachusetts have reported three new human cases of the virus. State health officials have elevated the risk assessment to high in Milton and Quincy. More than a dozen communities are now considered high risk. Meanwhile, a very infectious feline virus has been found at the Sangamon County Animal Center.
