In a separate update, the governing body also announced revised rankings for women's teams. South Africa's women's squad secured a place for the next Cricket World Cup. This qualification occurred after they won against Namibia in a qualifier tournament. The win locked in their place in the tournament. The two ranking updates were processed separately by the ICC.
